It held for nine days last time. That was the plan’s fault, not yours.

Read this before you buy

It takes your sleep before it gives anything back. And if your reason is anything other than Allah, do not buy it — you will fail in week two, when the reason runs out.

Written for men only. The women’s edition is coming soon.

All five files, the moment you pay. Sales are final — the download starts immediately, which ends the 14‑day cancellation right, and that is the law for digital goods. If a file is faulty or not as described you are still covered, and the whole position is set out on the terms page. Read the warning at the top of this page before you buy.

Questions

Is this realistic if I work full time?

Day 1 is eleven minutes, and it is eleven minutes on purpose. If you have a job, a wife and children, the instruction is to scale the program down and never the standards — a shorter morning, one page of Qur'an instead of five. Done honestly for ninety days, that beats a perfect fortnight every time.

What if I miss a day?

You will. There is a page on exactly that, and a mechanism called a Floor Day: on a day you cannot do everything, you do the six things marked in silver and it still counts as done. That rule exists because the thing that ends these attempts is never the missed day — it is deciding the day is ruined and dropping all of it.

Is the religious content sound?

Every hadith is cited with its collection and number, and every verse with its surah and ayah. Qur'anic Arabic is referenced rather than typeset — you are told to recite it from a Mushaf, not from a design file. Nothing in the routine is a fringe position.

Do I have to be awake at three in the morning?

Not on Day 1. Day 1 is Fajr and two minutes of breathing, and that is the whole of it. Tahajjud arrives on Day 11, by which point you have already been getting up for ten days and the last third is an hour earlier, not a different life. By Day 61 it is eight rak’ah, and the man doing them is not the man who opened this.

Is it printable?

Yes. The Print Pack is built for it — tracker, ninety day cards and the weekly reviews, without the essays. The wall chart is A3.
