Refund policy

The Noor Protocol is a digital product. You receive the files immediately after payment, so there is nothing to return.

The short version: sales are final. Once the files have been delivered there is no refund for a change of mind — not because you did not start it, not because you stopped, and not because you finished it. What you are paying for is the files, and you have all five of them the moment you pay.

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins — but only where you have expressly consented to delivery starting straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so. You give that consent at checkout, and it is why the box is there. It is not a formality: without it the 14-day right would still apply.

Nothing on this page affects your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Those rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and cannot be signed away.

If something is wrong with the files

If a download link fails, a file is corrupt, or you cannot open what you paid for, email thenoorprotocol@gmail.com. You will get working files or a full refund. There is no time limit on this.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Access to the files is withdrawn when a refund is issued.

Terms of sale

These terms govern your purchase of The Noor Protocol from Emi Pislariu, trading as The Noor Protocol, 31 Chesford Road, Luton, LU2 8BE. By buying, you accept them.

What you are buying

A single-user licence to a set of digital files — not ownership of the work. You may download them to your own devices, print them for your own use, and keep them indefinitely.

What you may not do

Share, upload, resell, or give the files to anyone else.
Reproduce the contents in your own product, course, or channel.
Remove or alter any part of the work and present it as your own.

The text, design and artwork remain the property of Emi Pislariu. A licence granted to you can be withdrawn if it is shared.

Delivery

Files are delivered by download link immediately after payment clears. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email thenoorprotocol@gmail.com.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax due where applicable. The introductory price is time-limited and the price may rise afterwards; the price you paid is the price you paid, and no retrospective adjustment is made in either direction.

This is not medical advice. The Noor Protocol includes physical training, changes to how you eat, and voluntary fasting. If you have an injury, a heart condition, diabetes, are taking medication, or have any history of disordered eating, speak to a doctor before you begin. Do not use this product as a substitute for medical care.

This is not a religious ruling. The practices described are mainstream and every narration is cited, but nothing here is a fatwa. For a question specific to your circumstances, ask a qualified scholar.

Results

No outcome is promised or guaranteed. What you get out of a ninety-day routine depends on what you put into it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Privacy

Emi Pislariu is the data controller for information collected through this site.

What is collected

Order details — your name, email address and purchase record, so the files can be delivered and refunds handled.
Payment details — handled entirely by the payment provider. Card numbers are never seen or stored by this site.
Basic analytics — pages visited and rough location, used only to understand what is working.

Why, and on what basis

Order and payment data is processed to perform the contract you entered when buying. Analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Marketing email is sent only if you ask for it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Who it is shared with

Only the providers needed to run the shop — the payment and delivery platform, the email provider, and the host. Your data is never sold.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Anything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email thenoorprotocol@gmail.com and it will be actioned within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets only what is needed to run the checkout and to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; the checkout may not work if you do.
